About the Celebration of Lights

The Oshkosh Celebration of Lights was created in 2001 by the Friends of Oshkosh Parks, Inc., a small non-profit organization committed to creating a spectacular holiday event at Menominee Park. From those few dedicated individuals who had a dream to the army of volunteers who work throughout the year on Celebration of Lights, the event now draws over 11,000 vehicles and continues to grow!

Over 7 tons of food is collected for local food pantries each year

In addition to the spectacular holiday lights and displays that create awe and inspire families from near and far, Oshkosh Celebration of Lights supports our local community with an annual food drive, collecting over 7 tons of food from festival attendees for local food pantries every year.

Come and enjoy a drive through Oshkosh Celebration of Lights – one mile of spectacular lights and holiday displays that is a family tradition!
